Payment terms, deposits and due dates may be set out in an individual quote, invoice or written agreement. If you need to cancel, reschedule or change the scope of work, please contact us as soon as possible.
Additional costs may apply where extra work is requested, unexpected issues are discovered, specialist materials are required or access is delayed.
Work will be approached with safety, applicable requirements and workmanship in mind. Sentinel Electrical Group Pty Ltd may decline or stop work where a site is unsafe, access is unsuitable, required information is unavailable or the requested work falls outside the offered or authorised scope.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws. Services will be provided with due care and skill and in accordance with applicable consumer guarantees.
To the extent permitted by law, Sentinel Electrical Group Pty Ltd is not responsible for loss or damage caused by incorrect information supplied by a customer, pre-existing defects, unsafe site conditions, unauthorised third-party work, misuse of equipment or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
The content, branding, layout and images on this website are owned by or licensed to Sentinel Electrical Group Pty Ltd unless stated otherwise. You must not copy, misuse, interfere with or attempt to disrupt the website.
